Agency was posted at 3:40 p.m. on March 19, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:54 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the adjourned
regular meeting of December 15, 1989 held January 9, 1990, and the minutes of
the regular meetings held January 23, 1990 and February 6, 1990. Agency
Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$257,751.83 for the week ending March 2, 1990; and $28,855.79 for the week
ending March 9, 1990, in accordance with the 1989 -90 budget, were approved.
161.109: MORTGAGE CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM: Agency Member Kaywood offered
Resolution No. ARA90 -7 for adoption, adopting a Mortgage Credit Certificate
Program in cooperation with the County of Orange, authorizing an application
to the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee for an allocation for the
issuance of Mortgage Credit Certificates and the transfer of such allocation
to the County of Orange, as recommended in memorandum dated March 5, 1990 from
the Community Development Department. Refer to Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA90 -7: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
ADOPTING A MORTGAGE CREDT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN COOPERATION WITH THE COUNTY
OF ORANGE, AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION TO THE CALIFORNIA DEBT LIMIT ALLOCATION
COMMITTEE FOR AN ALLOCATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF MORTGAGE CREDIT CERTIFICATES
AND THE TRANSFER OF SUCH ALLOCATION TO THE COUNTY OF ORANGE.
