Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 4:30 p.m. on July 6, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:59 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held June 12, 1990. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY IN THE AMOUNT OF $117,618.39 for the week ending June 29, 1990 and $156,405.66 for the week ending July 6, 1990, in accordance with the 1989 -90 and 1990 -91 budgets, were approved. "- CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Kaywood, seconded by Agency Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: (1). 161.123: Approving a first amendment to agreement for $350,000 with Church Engineering and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute the agreement. (2). 161.123 MOLL DEVELOPMENT): Approving the Preliminary Construction Drawings for the City Utilities Building and Parking Structure. (3). 161.123: Approving the following three agreements for professional appraisal services for real estate appraisal: a) R. P. Laurain and Associates b) Cedric A. White, Jr., M.A.I. c) Donahue and Company End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED.
