A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:35 p.m. on August 10, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:45 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Kaywood moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings of June 19, 1990, June 26, 1990 and July 10, 1990. Agency Member
Daly seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$83,181.52 for the week ending August 3, 1990 and $20,578.22 for the week
ending August 10, 1990, in accordance with the 1990 -91 budget, were approved.
CLOSED SESSION - Consolidated with City Council 4 :00 p.m. session.
To confer with its attorney regarding potential litigation pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1).
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by Agency
Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar agenda:
1. 161.123: Approving a Cooperation Agreement between the Agency and Housing
Authority to provide a loan for Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, Inc.,
in the amount of $23,553.
Agency Member Hunter offered Resolution No. ARA90 -24 for adoption directing
the filing and posting of prevailing rates of per diem wages pertaining to
public works and Resolution No. ARA90 -25 for adoption appointing Elisa
Stipkovich as Executive Director of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency. Refer
to Resolution Book.
2. 161.159, RESOLUTION N0, ARA90 -24: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF
PER DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS.
3. 161.114. RESOLUTION N0, ARA90 -25: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPOINTING ELISA STIPKOVICH AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
