A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:30 p.m. on August 17, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:53 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$368,199.31 for the week ending August 17, 1990, in accordance with the
1990 -91 budget, was approved.
RECESS - CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney requested a Closed Session to consider
the following items:
a. To confer with its attorney regarding pending litigation
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) - Maria Lara and
Maria Torres vs. All persons interested in the matter of the
validity of the Redevelopment Plan for the Plaza Redevelopment
Project, Case No. 633204. (To be held in conjunction with City
Council Closed Session at 4:00 p.m.)
161.123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA90 -26: Approving the terms and conditions of
Cooperation Agreement No. 78 between the City of Anaheim and the Agency for
right -of -way and public improvements - preparation of a Sewer Deficiency Study
for the area bounded by Magnolia Avenue, Orange Avenue, Euclid Street and the
Santa Ana Freeway - Plaza Project.
Agency Member Hunter offered Resolution No. ARA90 -26 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA90 -26: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION AGREEMENT NO. 78 FOR RIGHT
OF WAY AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.

161.123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA90 -27: Approving the terms and conditions of
Cooperation Agreement Nos. 75, 76 and 77 between the City of Anaheim and the
Agency for right -of -way and public improvements as follows: No. 75 - traffic
signal at Kraemer and LaJolla; No. 76 - traffic signal at La Palma and Van
Buren; No. 77 - modification and upgrade of 22 existing traffic signals in the
Northeast Industrial Area.
Agency Member Hunter offered Resolution No. ARA90 -27 for adoption. Refer to
Resolution Book.
RESOLUTION NO, ARA90 -27: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
