A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:30 p.m. on September 7, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 6:02 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Hunter moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held July 24, 1990. Agency Member Kaywood seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$1,255,917.30 for the week ending August 31, 1990; and $40,985.71 for the week
ending September 7, 1990, in accordance with the 1990 -91 budget, was approved.
Chairman Hunter announced that the matters scheduled at this time in Closed
Session had already been discussed during the 4:00 p.m. Closed Session.
161.123: KOLL ANAHEIM CENTER: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by
Agency Member Ehrle, the color palette, building materials and landscape plan
for the Pacific Bell office building, and building materials for the parking
structure (Koll Anaheim Center) were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
161.123: AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT - WILLDAN ASSOCIATES• Agency Member Hunter
moved that the Agency approve an amendment to an Agreement with Willdan
Associates, to provide for an extension of time only (to June 30, 1991) to
allow Willdan Associates to finalize current engineering projects underway and
complete additional work order requests by the Agency; and further that the
Chairman and Secretary be authorized to execute said amendment on behalf of the
Redevelopment Agency. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (6:04 p.m.)
