A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:35 p.m. on November 30, 1990 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:57 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Ehrle moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings of November 6 and November 13, 1990. Agency Member Daly seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
Agency Member Pickler abstained on the minutes the minutes of November 13,
1990.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$243,690.66 for the week ending November 30, 1990, in accordance with the
1990 -91 budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency
Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar agenda:
1. 161.123: Approving the Second Amendment to Agreement with Church
Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $200,000 to continue professional services
for work in progress on various projects; and authorizing the Chairman and
Secretary to execute the agreement on behalf of the Agency.
2. 161.123: Approving a Conditional Use Agreement with the developer, King of
California, to permit a kick - boxing event to be held at the Freedman Forum on
January 12, 1991, and authorizing the Executive Director to execute said
agreement.
3. 161.123: Approving a First Amendment to Disposition and Development
Agreement (Block 8 Historic Rehabilitation) with Vineyard Historic Homes, in
order to modify the performance bond requirements.
