Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:50 p.m. on January 4, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:45 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held November 27, 1990. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $843,148.63 for the week ending December 21, 1990; and $882,267.41 for the week ending December 28, 1990; and $201,383.79 for the week ending January 4, 1991, in accordance with the 1990 -91 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 161: Approving and adopting revised Rules and Regulations for Implementation of the California Uniform Relocation Assistance Law. The bill revised state law governing relocation assistance to conform more closely with federal relocation rules by increasing benefit levels. 2. 161: Approving the Final Construction Drawings, Final Landscape Plans and Color Palette by Lincoln Property Company, subject to compliance with the Conditions of Approval for Heritage Place - Parcels 14,22, and 4D. 3. 123: Approving an agreement with Warkentin Wraight, Architects, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for professional services in developing Design Guidelines for affordable housing. 4. 161: Approving the Anaheim Center Guide for Development as prepared by ELS /Elbasani and Logan Architects and Sedway Cooke Associates (redevelopment of the Town Center Community Shopping Center - downtown portion of Project Alpha). 91 -1 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY January 8, 1991, 5:20 P.M. 5. 161: Awarding the contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, Montgomery Elevator Co., in the amount of $862,990 for elevators (City Utilities Building - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I). In the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, award the contract to the second low bidder. Awarding the contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, C.E. Buggy, Inc., in the amount of $1,092,315 for metal decking (City Utilities Building - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I). In the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, award the contract to the second low bidder. End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED.
