Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:40 p.m. on March 29, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Vice Chairman Ehrle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:40 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular meetings held February 26, 1991 and March 5, 1991. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion. Agency Member Hunter was absent. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $74,107.62 for the week ending March 22, 1991 and $257,505.80 for the week ending March 29, 1991, in accordance with the 1990 -91 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: Agency Member Pickler offered Resolution No. ARA91 -6 for adoption, directing the filing and posting of prevailing rates of per diem wages pertaining to public works. Refer to Resolution Book. 1. 161: RESOLUTION NO. ARA91 -6: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DIRECTING THE FILING AND POSTING OF PREVAILING RATES OF PER DIEM WAGES PERTAINING TO PUBLIC WORKS. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Simpson, Daly, Pickler and Ehrle NOES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Hunter The Vice Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA91 -6 duly passed and adopted. 2. 123: Approving an Artistic Services Agreement with Mary Miss, in the amount of $20,000 plus direct expenses, to create an art plan for Downtown Alpha, and authorizing the Executive Director to execute said agreement. 91 -23 Anaheim Civic Center ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY April 2, 1991, 5:00 P.M. 3. 161: Accepting bid #4934, and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to issue purchase orders as required, in an amount not to exceed $569,000 (plus tax) to purchase approximately 700 trees and palms for Koll Anaheim Center, Heritage Place, and Neighborhood Preservation Area II.
