A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:40 p.m. on April 5, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:31 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$310,821.52 for the week ending April 5, 1991, in accordance with the 1990 -91
Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Daly, seconded by Agency
Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 123: Approving a First Amendment to Agreement with Barton - Aschman
Associates, Inc., in the amount of $170,000 for technical assistance in traffic
engineering and transportation planning services, and authorizing the Chairman
and Secretary to execute the Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
Agency Member Daly offered Resolution No. ARA91 -7 for adoption, consenting to
Eighth Amendment to Indenture of Trust and repealing Resolution No. ARA90 -17.

2. 161: RESOLUTION NO. ARA91 -7: A RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO EIGHTH AMENDMENT
TO INDENTURE OF TRUST AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. ARA90 -17.
