Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 4:05 p.m. on May 17, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:53 p.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $175,054.61 for the week ending May 17, 1991, in accordance with the 1990 -91 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 123: Approving an Affordable Housing Agreement with Kevin Huben, the owner of property at 1515 E. Benmore Lane, for four affordable units of the total seven units, and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the Affordable Housing Agreement as well as any additional documents in connection with said agreement. 2. 175: Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, Stumbaugh & Associates, Inc., in the amount of $81,200 for toilet accessories for the City Building - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I, and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder. Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, Skymaster, Inc., in the amount of $61,920 for window washing equipment for the City Building - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I. Awarding a contract to the lowest and best responsible bidder, A.B.C. Striping, Inc., in the amount of $18,945 for pavement markers and bumpers for the City Building Parking Structure - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
