Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 2:45 p.m. on June 14, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 6:00 p.m. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $298,752.60 for the week ending June 14, 1991, in accordance with the 1990 -91 Budget, were approved. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION: To meet with its Real Property Negotiator concerning sale of certain real property (parcel 22) which is generally bounded by Cypress, Lincoln, Olive and the railroad tracks to Kaufman & Broad Land Co. Inc. City Clerk Sohl announced that the closed session was held in conjunction with the City Council closed session at 5:00 p.m. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Ehrle, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 161: Awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Plaza Landscape, Inc., in the amount of $234,941 for landscape and irrigation - Koll Anaheim Center, Phase I, and in the event said low bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, awarding the contract to the second low bidder, as well as waiving any irregularities in the bids of both the low and second low bidders. 2. 123: Approving a Cooperation Agreement with Anaheim Housing Authority to assist up to 30 lower- income families in obtaining affordable housing through the Operation Bootstrap Program. 91 -45 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY June 18, 1991, 5:00 P.M. 3. 123: Approving a School Assistance Agreement with Brookhollow Apartments (Anaheim) Associates and the Anaheim City School District to provide additional funds in the amount of $53,000 to offset the difference between the actual cost of two classrooms ($160,000) and the developer impact fee ($107,000). End of Consent Calendar. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Daly seconded the motion.
