A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4:15 p.m. on August 16, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:32 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$122,202.42 for the week ending August 16, 1991, in accordance with the 1991 -92
Budget, were approved.
._._ 1. 123: Approving an Owner Participation Loan Agreement with Wood Bridge
Village, Ltd., and authorizing the Chairman to execute said Agreement;
approving the Space Plan for Wood Bridge Village subject to Executive Director
review and approval of signs and awnings; authorizing the Executive Director to
take all actions necessary to fulfill Agency obligations under the Loan
Agreement; and finding that the proposed rehabilitation improvements are
categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act and the
State CEQA Guidelines.
Agency Member Hunter moved to approve the subject agreement with Wood Bridge
Village and all actions relating thereto. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
2. 123: CONTINUED JOINT PUBLIC HEARING, RE DEVELOPMENT AGENCY /CITY COUNCIL:
To consider a Third Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement by
and between the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and Koll Anaheim Center
Associates, a California Limited Partnership, indicating the terms and
conditions of the sale of certain real property within Redevelopment Project
Alpha (subject property is roughly bounded by Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim and
Harbor Boulevards, Broadway, and Oak Street).
The public hearing was continued from the meeting of August 6, 1991 and
August 13, 1991 to this date (see minutes that date).

Agency Member Daly moved to again continue the subject public hearing to
Tuesday, August 27, 1991 at 5:00 p.m. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn, Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:33 p.m.)
