A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 2:45 p.m. on October 4, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:27 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held September 10, 1991. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion.
Agency Member Simpson was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$175,347.88 for the period ending October 4, 1991, in accordance with the
1991 -92 Budget, were approved.
1. 123: ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSALS - AWARD OF PARKING GARAGE OPERATING CONTRACT
- ACE PARKING MANAGEMENT, INC.:
Submitted was report dated September 30, 1991, from the Community Development
Department recommending approval of the subject parking contract in an amount
not to exceed $127,682 per year for three years.
Agency Member Pickler moved to approve a parking garage contract with Ace
Parking Management, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $127,682 per year (for a
term of three years) for the Agency parking garage at 295 West Harbor Place;
and authorizing the Executive Director to execute said contract including non
substantive changes on behalf of the Agency as recommended in staff report
dated September 30, 1991. Agency Member Hunter seconded the motion. Agency
Member Simpson was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
It was at this point that the Agency /Council approved the balance of the items
under the Koll Anaheim Site portion of the workshop. (See workshop portion of
the meeting).
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. Agency Member Simpson was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
