A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:25 p.m. on October 18, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:48 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meetings held August 27, and September 24, 1991. Agency Member Pickler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$82,127.91 for the period ending October 11, 1991, and $77,135.00 for the
period ending October 18, 1991, in accordance with the 1991 -92 Budget, were
approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by Agency
Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda:
1. 175: CITY BUILDING:
SCHEMATIC FLOOR PLANS FOR FLOORS 6, 7, 8 AND 9; OTHER INTERIOR
BUILDING COMPONENTS:
Approving the Schematic Floor Plans for floors 6, 7, 8 and 9 and
Construction Plans for floors 1, 2, 4, 5, 10 and 11; and approving the
proposed lobby and interior elevator finishes, and City logo design.
(Continued from the workshop portion of the agenda from the Council
meeting of October 8, 1991.)
Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development. Before the
Agency is the stacking plan that was prepared and approved by the Agency
previously. Schematic plans for floors 6, 7, 8 and 9 are for final approval as
well as proposed lobby and interior elevator finishes and the City logo design.
(Illustrations of the items before the Agency for approval were visually
displayed on easels and reduced versions of the plans were also included in the
Agency agenda packet).

2. 123: Approving an Agreement with Dougherty and Dougherty, in the amount of
$67,000 for architectural consulting services for a Day Care Center, and
authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute said agreement.
3. 161: Approving the sale of Agency owned personal property (wood columns)
to Vineyard Historic Homes, for the amount of $40.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:50 p.m.)
