Sauvageau EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 3:45 p.m. on November 1, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:25 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held October 1, and October 8, 1991. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $86,093.80 for the period ending October 25, 1991 and $118,064.22 for the period ending November 1, 1991, in accordance with the 1991 -92 Budget, were approved. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency Member Daly, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda: 1. 123: Approving an Agreement with Williamson & Schmid, in the amount of $150,000 for professional civil engineering services, and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute said Agreement. Approving a Fourth Amendment to Agreement with Church Engineering, Inc., in the amount of $100,000 and extending the contract for professional civil engineering services to June 30, 1992; and authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute said Agreement. 2. 123: RESOLUTION NO. ARA91 -21: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A SEALED PROPOSAL AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE. (Contract No. D91 -1). Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development, clarified for Agency Member Daly that the revised staff report on this item was only to inform the Agency that approval should be by resolution instead of a motion. Otherwise, there was no change in the staff recommendation as outlined in report dated October 17, 1991. End of Consent Calendar. MOTION CARRIED. 91 -82 Anaheim Civic Center, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY November 5, 1991, 5:00 P.M. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: George McClaren, 323 S. Indiana Street, Anaheim, President, Anaheim Senior Citizens Club. On behalf of the club members and other seniors who use the downtown parking structure (located near the senior center) he expressed his thanks to the Agency for repairing the elevator at the northeast corner of the structure which had not been operational for some time. He especially thanked Lisa Stipkovich and Agency Member, Iry Pickler for their assistance. Their only concern now is vandalism at night and he asked if the Agency would take that issue into consideration.
