Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 4:10 p.m. on November 15, 1991, at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:32 p.m. MINUTES: Agency Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held October 22, 1991. Agency Member Pickler seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $121,882.98 for the period ending November 8, 1991 and $39,719.25 for the period ending November 15, 1991, in accordance with the 1991 -92 Budget, were approved. 1. 161: Approving the proposed revisions to the Marketing Center, the incorporation of the Risk Management Department into the tenth floor space of the City Building, and the revision of the fifth floor plan. 2. 161: Approving Change Order No. 2, in the amount of $3,230 for the sitework component of the Koll Anaheim Center Development. (Sitework component includes construction and reconstruction of portions of West Harbor Place, Anaheim Boulevard, Broadway, Lemon, Clementine and Oak Streets.) Secretary, Leonora Sohl pointed out that the correct amount of the change order was $14,272 and not $3,230 as reflected on the agenda. However, the correct amount was indicated in the November 12, 1991 staff report and in the change order itself. End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Hunter moved to adjourn. Agency Member Daly seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
