A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 2:55 p.m. on December 13, 1991 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Hunter called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:41 p.m.
MINUTES: Agency Member Simpson moved to approve the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 19, 1991. Agency Member Ehrle seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$32,563.84 for the period ending December 13, 1991, in accordance with the
1991 -92 Budget, were approved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: On motion by Agency Member Pickler, seconded by Agency
Member Hunter, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the
reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the
Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Hunter offered Resolution No. ARA91 -23
for adoption, authorizing the Executive Director to acquire property on behalf
of the Agency. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 158: RESOLUTION NO. ARA91 -23: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY ON BEHALF OF THE
AGENCY.

The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA91 -23 duly passed and adopted.
2. 123: Approving a Third Amendment to the Disposition and Development
Agreement with Vineyard Historic Homes (Block 8 Historic Rehabilitation), and
authorizing the Chairman and Secretary to execute said Agreement.
