Roberts DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY: Frank Lowry DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY: Mac Slaughter COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR: Knowlton Fernald HOUSING DIRECTOR: Rosario Mattessich Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:05 p.m. MINUTES Approval of the minutes for the regular meetings held August 24, 31, and September 7, 1976, was deferred one week. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $69.00, in accordance with the 1976 -77 budget, were approved. Y DIRECTOR'S REPORT - AUGUST Housing Director Mattessich presented the Director's Report for August noting that 93% of the elderly and 83% of the family unit allocation are under lease. REVISED STATEMENT OF POLICIES Mr. Mattessich recommended the adop- tion of a revised Statement of Policies and Procedures Governing the' Issualce of Certificates of Family Participation, as approved by the Housing Commission. The proposed revision is the addition of a No. 2 priority, for those otherwise eligible families and elderly persons who incur rent increases as a result of landlord compliance with City- initiated code enforcement action. On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the City Attorney was authorized to prepare a resolution adopting revised Statement of Policies and Procedures, as recommended by staff. Mr. Seymour absent. MOTION CARRIED. Mr. Seymour entered and Mr. Kott left,the Council Chamber (1:10 p.m.). AGREEMENT WITH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR RELOCATION SERVICES: A resolution was presented authorizing the Housing Authority to enter into an agreement with the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to provide technical services in relocation and housing to the Agency. The Community Development Commission, acting as the Redevelopment Agency, authorized execution of said agreement pursuant to Resolution No. - CDC75 -47 on November 11, 1975. RESOLUTION NO. AHA76 -3 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIII HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR RELOCATION AND HOUSING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. `76 -°22 ANAHEIM_ HOUSING AUTHORITY - September 14, 1976_1.00 pm. Mr. Kott entered the Council Chamber (1:13 p.m.). ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth seconded the motion.
