Slaughter DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY: Frank Lowry Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 1:18 p.m. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr-. Roth, the minutes for the regular meetings held September 14, 1976 and September 28, 1976, were approved. Mr. Seymour and Mr. Kott-abstained from voting on September 28, 1976 minutes. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of 147.50, in accordance with the 1976 -77 budget, were approved. AMENDMENT TO BY -LAWS AND APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Pursuant to notice of proposed change accepted by the Authority on September 28, 1976, Deputy City Attorney M. E. Slaughter presented a resolution amending the By -Laws to permit the appointment of a person other than the City Manager as Executive Director and a resolution appointing Mr. Norman J. Priest, Executive Director to the Anaheim Housing Authority. Mr. Seymour offered Resolution Nos. AHA76 -5 and AHA76 -6, for adoption: RESOLUTION NO. AHA76 -5 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING AN_AMENDMENT TO THE BY -LAWS OF THE ANA- HEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY. RESOLUTION NO. AHA76 -6 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPOINTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY. (Norman J.
