Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Thom., the
minutes for the regular meeting held. February 1, 1977, were
approved. MOTION CARRIED,
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTTHORITY in the amount
of $2,472.59, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved.
ADMINISTRATIVE ACCEPTANCE OF DEEDS: Following recommendation of the
Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. AHA77 -1 for
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. AHA77 -1: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING NORMAN J. PRIEST TO ACCEPT AND CONSENT
TO DEEDS OR GRANTS CONVEYING REAL ESTATE OR ANY INTEREST THERE-
IN TO THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY.

HOUSING DIRECTOR'S REPORT JANUARY 1977: Housing Director Rosario
Mattessich presented and briefly reviewed his report dated February 2,
1977, covering the month of January 1977 (on file in the City Clerk's
Office) .

Upon recommendation of the Housing Director, Mr. Kott moved to sus-
pend application taking as of the end of the business day of Febru-
ary 18, 1977. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED,
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood seconded
