Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest HOUSING DIRECTOR: Rosario Mattessich Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Thom, the minutes for the regular meeting held February 15, 1977, were approv- ed. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $43,040.28, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved. COMPLAINT AND APPEALS PROCEDURE Executive Director Norman J. Priest recommended adoption of the resolution approving a complaint and appeal procedure designed to provide a consistent policy to deal with complaints and grievances which might arise from any actions of the Housing Authority. The procedures have also been reviewed and recom -'"' mended for adoption by the Housing Commission. Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. AHA77 -2 for adoption: RESOLUTION NO. AHA77 -2 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING THE APPEAL PROCEDURE SET FORTH IN A DOCUMENT ENTITLED "ANA- HEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY - COMPLAINT AND APPEAL PROCEDURE." Roll Call Vote: AYES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Seymour, Kott, Roth and Thom NOES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None - Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. AHA77 -2 duly passed and adopted. 77 -12 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY - March 1, 1977 - 1:00 P.M.
