Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES Approval of the minutes for the regular meeting held
March 8, 1977, was deferred one week.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $1,541.94, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved.
INTRODUCTION Mr. Priest introduced to Authority Members, Lisa
Stipkovich, newly appointed Housing Coordinator.
HOUSING DIRECTOR'S REPORT - FEBRUARY .1977 Housing Director Rosario
Mattessich presented and reviewed his report dated March 8, 1977
covering the month of February 1977 (on file in the City Clerk's
Office) .
Mr. Mattessich noted.that the Housing Commission has recommended
participation by the Authority, in conjunction with the Orange
County Housing Authority, in the Orange County Apartment Owners
Association Trade Show to be held at the Convention Center on
May 14 and 15, 1977, and in answer to question of Mr. Seymour,
reported that total expenses for the Anaheim Housing Authority
would be $63.00.
Motion was made by Mrs. Kaywood to approve participation in the
Orange County Apartment Owners Association Trade Show at the Anaheim
Convention Center on May 14 and 15, 1977. Mr. Kott seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED,

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Seymour
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
