Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest HOUSING.MANAGER: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order. MINUTES Approval of the minutes for the regular meeting held June 14, 1977, was deferred one week. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $2 in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved. BUDGET FOR 40 UNITS OF SECTION 8 "EXISTING" HOUSING In accordance with the recommendation of the Executive Director, as outlined in his memo dated June 21, 1977, Mrs. Kaywood moved to authorize -the budget for 40 units of Section 8 "existing" housing. Mr. Thom seconded the motion. Mr. Roth absent. MOTION CARRIED. APPLICATION TO HUD FOR ADDITIONAL SECTION 8 "EXISTING" HOUSING.UNITS: Following recommendation of the Executive Director to approve an application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for an additional 560 Section 8 "existing" housing units, Mrs. Kaywood j offered Resolution No. AHA77 -6 for adoption. RESOLUTION NO. AHA77 -6 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Seymour, Kott and Thom NOES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Roth 77 -32 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY -,June 21, 1977 - 1:00 P.M. The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA77 -6 duly passed and adopted. PROPOSED 1977 -78 BUDGET On motion by Mr. Seymour, seconded by Mr. Thom, the proposed 1977 -78 Budget was continued one week.
