Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest HOUSING MANAGER: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Thom, the min- utes for the regular meeting held June 14, 1977, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $56,265.23, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved. AMENDED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS FOR SECTION 8 "EXISTING" HOUSING Following recommendation of the Executive Director for approval, Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. AHA77 -7 for adoption. RESOLUTION NO. AHA77 -7 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAY- MENTS PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT PART I FOR EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16 -E104 -001, CA16 -E104- 002 AND CA16 -E104 -003 PROVIDING FOR THE INCORPORATION OF SAID PART I INTO MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF -498, AND PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MONIES PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Seymour, Kott, Roth and Thom NOES: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AUTHORITY MEMBERS: None The Chairman declared Resolution No. AHA77 -7 duly passed and adopted. 77 -34 ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY - June 28,_ 1977 - 1:00 P.M. PROPOSED 1977 -78 BUDGET Mr. Priest recommended that the proposed Housing Authority budget for the 1977 -78 fiscal year be adopted to include increase of $12,600 for the purchase of two vehicles for use by staff members when working with area residents and in- specting housing. On motion by Mr. Seymour, seconded by Mr. Thom, the proposed 1977 -78 Housing Authority Budget was adopted, as amended, in the amount of $985,500. MOTION CARRIED.
