Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Thom, the
minutes for the regular meetings held June 28 and July 12, 1977,
were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST.THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY Secretary
Linda D. Roberts reported that no warrants were issued for this
period.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT - JUNE 1977 On motion by Mr. Kott,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Executive Director's Report dated
July 13, 1977 covering the month of June 1977 (on file in the City
Clerk's office) was received and filed. MOTION CARRIED.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - IPA AUDIT In accordance with HUT) require-
ments for an audit of Housing Authority programs every two years,
Mrs. Kaywood moved to approve the advertisement for Request for Pro-
posals for a Housing Authority audit to be conducted by an indepen-
dent public accountant. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Kott seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
