Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest HOUSING MANAGER: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order. MINES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the minutes for the regular meeting held August 2, 1977 were approved. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $1,677.29, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were approved. 177.160: PURCHASE OF TWO COMPACT STATION WAGONS - BID NO. 3276.: Mr. Thom noted from the tabulation sheet that McPeek Plymouth was not the lowest bidder. Mr. Talley explained that the low bid of McCoy Ford did not meet specifications, in that Housing requested 4 -door compact station wagons and they quoted 2 -door. Therefore, bid of McPeek Plymouth was recommended as the lowest responsible bidder. Housing Manager Lisa Stipkovich added that the 4 -door station wagons are preferred for the transporting of elderly and handicapped tenants. On motion by Mr. Roth, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the bid of McPeek Plymouth was accepted and purchase authorized in the approximate amount of $10,505.24, including tax, as recommended in memorandum dated August 2, 1977 from the Purchasing Agent.
