SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest HOUSING MANAGER: Lisa Stipkovich Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the minutes for the regular meeting held September 6, 1977, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount of $1,514.83, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were approved. 177.174: AMENDED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT FOR ADDITIONAL SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING Mr. Priest recommended approval and execution of an amended Annual Contributions Contract to include Project CA16 -E104 -004 for an additional 560 units of Section 8 "existing" housing. The total maximum annual contribution, there- fore, is $3,225,600 and the term of contract is five years. Mr. Thom offered Resolution No. AHA77 -9 for adoption. RESOLUTION NO. AHA77 -9 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT PART I FOR EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16 -E104 -001, CA16 -E104- 002, CA.16 -E104 -003 AND CA16 -E104 -004 PROVIDING FOR THE INCORPORATION OF SAID PART I INTO MASTER SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF -498, AND PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT OF MONIES PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITARY AGREEMENT.
