Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the
minutes for the regular meeting held September 13, 1977, were
approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the
amount of $629.33, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were
approved.
177.123: ALEXANDER GRANT & COMPANY - PROPOSED AGREEMENT Mr. Priest
reported that in response to a request for proposals for biennial
audit of the Authority, five C.P.A. firms submitted proposals. All
proposals were reviewed by the Housing Commission and based upon
further review and investigation by staff, he recommended that an
agreement be prepared with Alexander Grant & Company.
Mr. Roth moved that staff be directed to prepare an agreement with
Alexander Grant & Company to perform biennial audit of the Anaheim
Housing Authority. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. MOTION
CARRIED.
177: DIRECTOR'S REPORT - AUGUST 1977 On motion by Mr. Kott,
seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Director's Report dated September 12,
1977 (on file in the City Clerk's Office), was received and filed.
MOTION CARRIED.

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Housing Authority, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mr. Thom seconded
the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
