Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Thom, the minutes
for the regular meeting held October 4, 1977, were approved. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the amount
of $1,613.49, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were approved.
177.123: ALEXANDER GRANT & COMPANY In accordance with the recom-
mendation of the Executive Director, Mr. Kott offered Resolution
No. AHA77 -10 for adoption,authorizing an agreement with Alexander
Grant & Company for a biennial audit, term ending 120 days after the
close of the fiscal year (September 30, 1977), in the amount of $2,000. .••.,
RESOLUTION NO. AHA77 -10 - - A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH ALEXANDER GRANT & COMPANY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

Housing Authority, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth seconded
