Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the
minutes for the regular meeting held October 11, 1977, were approved.
MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY in the
amount of $897, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were
approved.
177: DIRECTOR'S REPORT - SEPTEMBER 1977: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood,
seconded by Mr. Roth, the Director's Report dated October 10, 1977
covering the month of September 1977, was received and filed. MOTION°
CARRIED.
177.123: CITY OF ANAHEIM - REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS: Following
explanation and recommendation of the Executive Director, Mr. Kott
offered for adoption, Resolution No. AHA77 -11 authorizing an agree-
ment with the City for reimbursement of operating costs from April 1,
1975 to June 30, 1977 and Resolution No. AHA77 -12 authorizing a new
agreement with the City to update the method of reimbursement and
define additional costs beginning July 1, 1977.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA.77 -11 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

RESOLUTION NO. AHA77 -12 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
