Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Thom, seconded by Mr. Roth, the minutes
for the regular meetings held December 28, 1976 and January 4, 1977
were approved. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $5,803.41, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were
approved.
Q UITCLAIM DEED ACCEPTANCES - 112 NORTH EMILY STREET CRISS BUSINESS
COLLEGE): Following recommendation of the Executive Director, Mr.
Roth offered Resolution No. ARA77 -1 for adoption: --.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -1 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP -
MENT AGENCY ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS AND AUTHORIZING THEIR

Chairman Thom declared Resolution No..ARA77 -1 duly passed and adopted.
FILING OF WRITTEN DECLARATION The Secretary reported that Mr. Amin
David, Jr., recently appointed to the Planning Commission, had filed
a written declaration of assets of his real and personal interest in
property located within the boundaries of Project Alpha, in confor-
mance with Section 33130 of the California Health and Safety Code.

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Seymour
