Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES: On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the minutes
for the regular meeting held January 11, 1977, were approved. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $8,011.02, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were
approved.
DEED ACCEPTANCE - 132. AND 136 NORTH ANAHEIM BOULEVARD (SHIRK) Fol-
lowing recommendation of the Executive Director, Mr. Roth offered
Resolution No. ARA77 -2 for adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -2 : A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEED AND AUTHORIZING ITS RECORDA-

Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. ARA77 -2 duly passed and adopted.
RECESS Upon request of the Executive Director, Mr. Roth moved to
recess into Executive Session to be held simultaneously this date
with an anticipated City Council Executive Session (2:10 p.m.), to
discuss pending litigation matters. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED. (1:05 p.m.)

AFTER RECESS Chairman Thom called the meeting to order, all Agency
members being present. (3:00 p.m.)
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
