Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Thom, seconded by Mr. Kott, the minutes
for the adjourned regular meeting held January 27, 1977, were
approved. MOTION CARRIED. Approval of the minutes for the regular
meeting held February 8, 1977, was deferred one week.

RELOCATION.ASSISTANCE PAYMENT - CASE NO. ARA- 0 -1 -F Following review
and recommendation by the Executive Director, Mrs. Kaywood moved to
approve payment of Case No. ARA -0 -1 -F in the amount of $15,188.40.
MOTION CARRIED.
ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS - SA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY: Executive
Director Norman J. Priest presented recommendation to find and
determine the public interest and necessity for acquiring the dedi-
cati.an of Hancock Street and to authorize signing of escrow instruc-
tions for purchase of the road easement from Santa Fe Land Improve-
ment Company.
He noted that the proposed Owner Participation Agreement with Santa
Fe Land Improvement Company has not yet been negotiated and work is
ready to commence on the street improvements. The escrow will pro-
vide for a Right of Entry pending execution of the agreement.
On motion by Mr. Roth, the Executive Director was authorized to sign
escrow instructions for the purchase of the road easement from the
Santa Fe Land Improvement Company. Mr. Thom seconded the motion.

ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - February 15, 1977 - 1 :30 p.m.
CORRECTION IN TESTIMONY - ROSS PROPERTY CONDEMNATION Executive
Director Norman J. Priest noted correction in his testimony of last
meeting during discussion of Marley Stevens Ross property wherein
he referred to an incorrect date of offer made August 23, 1976.
He noted that date should be October 23, 1976.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED,
