Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop- ment Agency to order. MINUTES Approval of the minutes for the regular meetings held February 8 and 15, 1977, was deferred one week. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHE.IM.REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $1,192.26, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved. AMENDMENT TO STORM DRAIN.AGREEMENT - ANAHEIM CANYON INDUSTRIAL AREA: Executive Director Norman J. Priest recommended that the Agency authorize the amendment of the Storm Drain Agreement with the City to provide for additional funding for relocation of water mains in connection with work performed on storm drain facilities in the Ana- helm Canyon Industrial Area. The Amendment would include an addi- tional $350,000, thereby establishing a maximum compensation amount of $5 Mrs. Kaywood offered Resolution No. ARA77 -15 for adoption: RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -15 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AG�`NCY APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF ANAHEIM. Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Kott, Roth and Thom None Seymour Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. ARA77 -15 duly passed and adopted. - / - /-23 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - February 22, 1977 - 1:00 P.M. ASSEMBLY BILL 35 (MONTOYA) REDEVELOPMENT Agency Member Kaywood noted that Assembly Bill 35 would be coming up before the Assembly for final vote on Thursday and asked if the Agency would be taking any action on this Bill. Mr. Priest replied that following his review of the Bill, the only *— point of objection he had was the one dealing with referendum and their legislative advocate has been so informed. He felt that the rest of the provisions are basically things that most agencies are or should be doing anyway. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Thom seconded the motion. Mr. Seymour absent. MOTION CARRIED.
