Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelop-
ment Agency to order.
MINUTES Approval of the minutes for the regular meeting held
March 8, 1977, was deferred one week.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $117,430.19, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were
approved.

In answer to question by Mr. Kott as to why more time was needed,
Mr. Priest replied that completion of the precise alignment of the
streets bordering the development site is required and underway and
that certain language in various sections of the agreement is being
reviewed by the developer and staff for finalization. He further
added that in his judgment, they were utilizing their time well,
however, additional time was required.
Mr. Thom offered Resolution No. ARA77 -20 for adoption:

Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. ARA77 -20 duly passed and
adopted.
BALANCE SHEET - JANUARY 31, 1977 The Redevelopment Agency Balance
Sheet dated January 31, 1977 was submitted for informational purposes.
AGREEMENT FOR TITLE SERVICES - SAFECO TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY: Mr.
Priest reported that approximately one year ago the Agency expressed
its desire to enter into agreements for title services with three
title companies, one being Safeco Title Insurance Company. Since
that time, it has been noted that such agreement was never entered
into with Safeco by the Agency and Mr. Priest, therefore, recommended
approval of subject agreement.
In answer to question by Mr. Kott, Deputy City Attorney M. E.
Slaughter replied that subject agreement is the same type of agree-
ment presently in effect with First American Title and Title In-
surance & Trust.
Mr. Thom offered Resolution No. ARA77 -21 for adoption:
