Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, the minutes
for the regular meeting held April 19, 1977, were approved. Agency
Members Seymour and Kott absent. MOTION CARRIED. .

development with Shapell Government Housing, Inc. and following recom-
mendation of Mr. Priest to approve the Agreement for Acquisition and
Sale of Real Property with the City of Anaheim, Mr. Thom offered
Resolution No. ARA77 -27 for adoption.

AMENDMENT - VILLAGE CENTER NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT Following recom-
mendation of Mr. Priest to authorize the execution of the Fourth
Amendment to the Negotiation Agreement with John S. Griffith & Company,
Federated Department Stores, Inc., and Anaheim Savings and Loan Associa-
tion extending the negotiating period to May 11, 1977, Mrs. Kaywood
offered Resolution No. ARA77 -28 for adoption.

AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE
NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN

COMPANY AND ANAHEIM SAVINGS AND LOAN)

AGREEMENT - WILBUR SMITH AND ASSOCIATES Mr. Priest presented his
recommendation for approval of an agreement with Wilbur Smith and
Associates, limited to a maximum fee of $25,000 for traffic engi-
neering services to be provided only on specific written request of
the Executive Director.
Following clarification by Mr. Hopkins as to a Delaware Corporation
operating in California, Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. ARA77 -29 for
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -29 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
