Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order. MINUTES: Approval of the minutes for the regular meeting: held May 10, 1977, was deferred one week. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $161,120.13, in accordance with the 1976 -77 Budget, were approved. AMENDMENT TO RELOCATION RULES AND REGULATIONS Following recommen- dation of the Executive Director to adopt Amendments to Sections 103, 216 and 504 of the "Relocation Rules and Regulations for Implementa- tion of the California Relocation Assistance Law ", Mr. Thom.offered Resolution No. ARA77 -36 for adoption. RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -36 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE "RELOCATION RULES AND REGU- LATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CALIFORNIA RELOCATION ASSISTANCE LAW." Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Seymour, Kott, Roth and Thom NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: None Chairman Thom declared Resolution No. ARA77 -36 duly passed and adopted. BALANCE SHEET - MARCH 31, 1977 :. On motion by Mr. Seymour, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency Balance Sheet dated March 31, 1977, was received and filed. MOTION CARRIED. 77 -51 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - May 17, 1977 - 1:00 P.M. REPORT ITEM - MANPOWER RELOCATION Mr. Priest reported that they are seeking a relocation site for the Manpower Services Office presently located within the proposed Shapell Government Housing project and that a lease agreement would be forthcoming in the very near future. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNED: 1:08 p.m. LINDA D.
