Priest Chairman Thom called the adjourned regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order. 161.137: BID AWARD - REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA. TAX ALLOCATION BONDS, SERIES A : Mr. Priest reported that one bid had been received from Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc., with an effective interest rate of 5.84202 %. Mr. Comerford of Blythe Eastman Dillon & Company was also present and distributed for information of Agency Members a compilation of California Tax Allocation Bond Sales (copy on file in the City Clerk's Office) and recommended acceptance of the bid received. Mr. Seymour expressed his pleasure with the excellent rating, the low interest rate received and the efforts put forth by Mr. Priest �— and Agency staff and consultants in achieving a well thought -out program of redevelopment for the City of Anaheim. He offered Reso- lution No. ARA77 -57 for adoption. RESOLUTION NO. ARA77 -57 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AWARDING $30,000,000 BONDS OF SAID AGENCY. (Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc.) Roll Call Vote: AYES: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kaywood, Seymour, Roth and Thom NOES: AGENCY MEMBERS: None ABSENT: AGENCY MEMBERS: Kott The Chairman declared Resolution No. ARA77 -57 duly passed and adopted. 77 -82 ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - July 27, 1977 - 11.00 A.M. Upon recommendation of the Executive Director, Mr. Thom moved that the quotation of Jeffries Bank Note Company in the amount of $3,310 be accepted for the printing of the bonds and that staff be authorized to proceed. Mrs. Kaywood seconded the motion. Mr. Kott absent. MOTION CARRIED. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business before the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, Mrs. Kaywood moved to adjourn.
