Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES: On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the minutes
for the regular meeting held November 15, 1977, were approved. MOTION
CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $781,742.34, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were
approved.
161.107: PURCHASE AND REMOVAL OF IMPROVEMENTS - 421 WEST CHESTNUT:
Following explanation by Mr. Priest, and on motion by Mrs. Kaywood,
seconded by Mr. Thom, the request for authorization to publish a
Notice Inviting Sealed Bids for the purchase and removal of improve-
ments located at 421 West Chestnut Street, was removed from the agenda.
MOTION CARRIED.
Mr. Seymour requested that future reports of the Executive Director
contain information relative to the economic feasibility of removal
and restoration of structures.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mrs. Kaywood
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
