Chairman Thom called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency to order.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Thom, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the minutes
for the regular meetings held December 27, 1977 and January 3 and 10,
1978, were approved. Mr. Seymour absent. MOTION CARRIED.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the
amount of $392,909.35, in accordance with the 1977 -78 Budget, were
approved.
161.107: WORK ORDER NO. 1692 (ROSIE'S, INC.) - PROGRESS PAYMENT
Following recommendation of the Executive Director, Mr. Thom offered
Resolution No. ARA78 -5 authorizing a Second Amendment to Agreement
with Rosie's, Inc., to provide for a progress payment in the amount 40 %
of $1,200.

AGENCY APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR DEMOLITION AND

COMPLETION Following recommendation of the Executive Director and

pleted by Wizard of Wrecking in accordance with Work Order No.984 -12 -A
for demolition and site clearance at 117 South Philadelphia Street,
was accepted and the Agency Secretary authorized to file a Notice of
Completion. Mr. Seymour absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, Mr. Kott moved to adjourn. Mr. Roth seconded
the motion. Mr. Seymour absent. MOTION CARRIED.
