Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 1:20 P.M. MINUTES On motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Roth, minutes of the regular meetings held June 13, June 20 and June 27, 1978, were approved. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS. There were no financial demands against the Redevelopment Agency. 161.149: FINAL ACCEPTANCE, CONTRACT NO.SI -78 -1: In accordance with the certification submitted by the Executive Director, Mr. Kott offered Resolution No. ARA78 -85 for adoption accepting the work and filing the notice of completion for parking lot located on the east side of Anaheim Boulevard between Chartres Street and Lincoln Avenue, and on the east side of Emily Street between Chartres Street and Lincoln Avenue (John W. Tiedemann Co., Contractor). RESOLUTION NO. ARA78 -85: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE COMPLETION AND FURNISHING OF ALL PLANT, LABOR, SERVICES, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTA- TION INCLUDING POWER, FUEL AND WATER, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL WORK NECESSARY TO COMPLETE A WORK OF IMPROVEMENT. CONSTRUCTION OF ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT ON TWO PARKING LOTS LOCATED EAST'SIDE OF ANAHEIM BOULEVARD AND EAST SIDE OF EMILY STREET, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CONTRACT NO. SI78 -1.
