Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order. MINUTES Approval of minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $158,040.68, in accordance with the 1978 -79 budget, were approved. 161.123: EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE AGREEMENT - RICHARD E. HUSTON, ARCHITECT Mr. Priest reported that Mr. Huston is currently a tenant in the Project Alpha area. Hopefully, this Exclusive Right to Nego- tiate Agreement will lead to a participation agreement for develop- ment of a two -acre site, located between Lemon and Helena Streets, fronting on realigned Lincoln Avenue. Mr. Huston intends to build a 16,000 square foot office building in which whe will relocate his offices. This agreement allows for a 120 -day period of negotiation following which any participation agreement will be scheduled for hearing and consideration before the Agency. Mr. Roth offered Resolution No. ARA78 -100 for adoption. RESOLUTION NO. ARA78 -100 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH RICHARD E. HUSTON, ARCHITECT, INC. AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
