Hopkins SECRETARY: Linda D. Roberts EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Norman J. Priest Chairman Seymour called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order. MINUTES Minutes of the regular meetings held August 8 and September 5, 1978, were approved on motion by Mrs. Kaywood, seconded by Mr. Overholt. MOTION CARRIED. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $33,482.26, in accordance with the 1978 -79 Budget, were approved. 161: MONTHLY STATUS REPORT - OCTOBER, 1978: On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded by Mrs. Kaywood, the Monthly Status Report dated November 6, 1978, covering Redevelopment activities for the month of October 1973, was ordered received and filed. MOTION CARRIED. 161.158: RELOCATION COSTS, CASE NO. 0 -375: On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded by Mr. Roth, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency authorized payment of relocation costs not to exceed $16,152.35 in Case No. 0 -375. MOTIO14 CARRIED. 161.158: RELOCATION COSTS, CASE NO. ARA OB -86: On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded by Mrs. , the Anaheim Re eve opment Agency authorized payment of relocation costs not to exceed $34,866.13, in Case No. ARA OB -86. MOTION CARRIED. 161.118: CLAIM AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: On motion by Mr. Kott, seconded y Mr. Overholt, claim submitted by Josephine and Joseph Palumbo, dba Enchanted Cottage, for damages sustained purportedly as a result of discriminatory treatment accorded the Enchanted Cottage concerning relocation payments and space in September, 1978, was denied and referred to the Redevelopment Agency staff for investigation.
