Meeting of the Urban Renewal Agency was called to order by Chairman
Rector L. Coons.
PRESENT: Mr. Chandler, Mr. Schutte, Mr. Krein and Mr. Coons.
ABSENT: Mr. Dutton.
APPOINTMENT - URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY SECRETARY On motion by Mr.
Chandler, seconded by Mr. Krein, Mrs. Dene M. Williams was
appointed Secretary of the Urban Renewal Agency. MOTION CARRIED.
COMMITTEE REPORT On motion by Mr. Chandler, seconded by Mr. Schutte,
report of the Urban Renewal Advisory Committee dated May, 1962,
was approved and ordered received and filed, and the City
Attorney was authorized to prepare necessary contract in accord-
ance with the recommended proposals. MOTION CARRIED.
Mayor of the City of Anaheim and Chairman of the Urban Renewal Agency,
and City Clerk and Ex- Officio Secretary of the Urban Renewal
r^ Agency, were authorized to execute contracts with the three firms
recommended by the Urban Renewal Advisory Committee, on motion by
Mr. Chandler, seconded by Mr. Schutte. MOTION CARRIED.
There being no further business before the Urban Renewal Agency,
Chairman Coons declared the meeting adjourned until further call.
