Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called, pursuant to notice of said
meeting sent by the Secretary.
PRESENT: Mr. Dutton, Mr. Chandler, Mr. Krein and Mr. Coons.
ABSENT: Mr. Schutte.
PRESENT: SECRETARY: Dene M. Williams.
PLANNING DIRECTOR: Mr. Richard Reese.
SENIOR PLANNER, URBAN RENEWAL: Mr. Clarence Dingman.
Chairman Rector L. Coons called the meeting to order.
MINUTES Mr. Chandler moved that the reading in full of the previous minutes
be waived, and that minutes of the meetings held September 12, 1961,
September 4, 1962, and October 9, 1962, be approved as mailed to each
member of the Agency. Mr. Krein seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
RESOLUTION R -A -3 : Mr. Krein offered Resolution R -A -3 for adoption, amending
all other resolutions and also amending and clarifying all minutes correct-
ing the name of the Agency from Urban Redevelopment Agency to Redevelopment
Agency.
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NUMBERS URA -1 AND URA -2 AND `THE MINUTES OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY BY SUBSTITUTING THE TERM "REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY" FOR THE TERM
"URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY ".
On roll call the foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted
by the following vote:
AYES: Mr. Dutton, Mr. Chandler, Mr. Krein and Mr. Coons.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Schutte.
Chairman Coons declared Resolution No. R -A -3 duly passed and
adopted.
APPRAISAL REPORT - ANAHEIM CENTER CITY PROJECT DECEMBER 1962: Appraisal report
submitted by Cedric A. White, Jr. and David S. Mason, was submitted in
accordance with contract.
Report; of the Urban Renewal Advisory Committee dated February 13,
1962, was submitted by Mr. Martinet, said report recommending acceptance of
the appraisal report, was read in full.
On motion by Mr. Chandler, seconded by Mr. Krein, appraisal
report, Anaheim Center City project, dated December, 1962, was received
and approved in accordance with the recommendations of the Urban Renewal
Advisory Committee. MOTION CARRIED.
PAYMENT In accordance with th.e terms of the contract, payment of $25,000. to
Cedric A. White, Jr. and David S. Mason, was authorized on motion by Mr.
Dutton, seconded by Mr. Krein. MOTION CARRIED.
k POLICY OF `THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY On motion by Mr. Chandler, seconded by Mr.
Krein, appraisal report was ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk
and Planning Department, to be available to the general public; however
individual appraisals which are the basis for the report shall be available
to the Agency or the City Council sitting as the Agency as individual
members for urban redevelopment purposes only. MOTION CARRIED.

INVITATION Mr. Martinet extended an invitation to the City Council to attend
the first meeting to be held with the Economic Research Association
February 21, 1963, 5:30 P.M., Disneyland Gourmet Restaurant.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the Redevelopment Agency,
Mr. Dutton moved the meeting be adjourned until further call. Mr. Chandler
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
