REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PRESS.
Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency was called to order by Mr. Chandler,
Chairman. Notice of said meeting was unanimously waived by all members.
MINUTES Minutes of the meetings held April 21, 1964 and June 9, 1964 were
approved on motion by Mr. Dutton, seconded by Mr. Krein. MOTION CARRIED.
VICTOR GRUEN ASSOCIATES AGREEMENT - STATEMENT N0. 1 Statement No. 1 in the
amount of $5,000.00 covering planning services for Step No. 1, Anaheim
Central Area Study, pursuant to agreement dated June 9, 1964, was
submitted.
Payment in accordance with Statement No. 1 was authorized on
motion by Mr. Krein, seconded by Mr. Schutte. MOTION CARRIED.
PROGRESS REPORT - ANAHEIM CENT RAL AREA STUDY: It was reported that a meeting
has been scheduled July 22, 1964 7:00 o'clock P. M., for presentation of
a summary of progress made to date on the Anaheim Central Area Study by
Victor Gruen Associates to the members of the Committee.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business before the Redevelopment Agency,
the meeting was adjourned on motion by Mr. Pebley, seconded by Mr. Dutton.
