The meeting was called to order by Mr. Dutton.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Sneegas, seconded by Mr. Stephenson,
minutes of the meeting held October 16, 1973, were approved.
MOTION CARRIED.
PROPOSED PURCHASE - DREYFUS (McCOY DRUG STORE, SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND ANAHEIM BOULEVARD) The Secretary reported
that a second communication dated October 24, 1973, has been
received from Mr. Benjamin Dreyfus requesting that the Agency
reconsider its negative action on the proposed acquisition of
the McCoy Drug Store building.
On motion by Mr. Sneegas, seconded by Mr. Stephenson, the
Agency declined to take any action, pending report and recom-
mendation from the Community Redevelopment Commission. MOTION
CARRIED.
