The meeting was called to order by Mr. Dutton.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Sneegas, seconded by Mr. Stephenson, minutes
of the meeting held December 18, '1973, were approved. MOTION
CARRIED.
APPOINTMENT - SECRETARY On motion by Mr. Sneegas, seconded by Mr.
Dutton, Mrs. Alona M. Farrens was appointed Secretary to the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, effective January 4, 1974, to
replace retiring City Clerk Dene M. Daoust. MOTION CARRIED.
1973 -74 BUDGET RECOMMENDATION Mr. Murdoch reported that the Redevelop-
ment Commission has recommended that the budget for the current
fiscal year be increased to $62,586, of which $37,440 is already
present. In order to achieve the amount recommended by the
Redevelopment Commission a transfer of approximately $25,000 is
required from the Council Contingency Fund to the Community
Redevelopment Agency Budget.
Mr. Murdoch advised that a sedan at a cost of $3,410.00 has been
omitted from the allocations of said budget, since it is felt that
it will be quite possible for the Redevelopment Agency to use one
of the pool vehicles for the balance of this fiscal year.
On motion by Mr. Sneegas, seconded by Mr. Dutton, the Redevelop-
ment Agency recommended that the City Council transfer $25,000
from the Council Contingency Fund to the Community Redevelopment
Budget. MOTION CARRIED.
