The meeting was called to order by Mr. Dutton.
MINUTES Approval of the minutes of the meeting held February 5,
1974, was deferred to the next meeting, March 5, 1974.
ADJOURNMENT Mr. Pebley moved to adjourn. Mr. Sneegas seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
