The meeting was called to order by Mr. Thom.
MINUTES On motion by Mr. Pebley, seconded by Mr. Sneegas, minutes of
the meeting held April 2, 1974, were approved. Mrs. Kaywood and
Mr. Seymour abstained from voting. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT Mr. Pebley moved to adjourn. Mr. Seymour seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
